Any order can be cancelled up to the time of dispatch. In such a case, the money will be refunded to the same mode used while making the payment within 7-10 days.
Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
In case the product received is damaged or expired, the same needs to be highlighted to the company at share@thegoodherbs.in within 72 hours of receipt with relevant photographs.
Each of such complaints will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If deemed correct by our team, we will dispatch the product again. There will be no refund in such a case.
There may be certain orders that the company is unable to accept and must cancel. The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever, without assigning any reason to the customer.
The customer accepts and undertakes that the same is acceptable and he/she/it will not contest/raise any dispute on the same. The situations that may result in cancellation of the order include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by the customer, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by the company’s credit and fraud avoidance department.
